Residence
The Lakeland Residence located in Halifax, Nova Scotia is a small residential house that was used for a detailing package. Included are partition plans, furniture plans, lighting plans, power and communication plans, finishes plans and a ​sectional elevation. All of the plans were produced on vellum and done by hand using different line weights of a graphite pencil.

Design
This small residential package was one of the first hand drafting plans I produced. Using a drafting board, pencil, and triangle I produced three detailed drawings including a floor plan with dimensions, sectional elevations and a section cut through the building frame.
