Taking a section of TRACT Advertising's floor plan, I designed an HVAC plan to schedule where the supply air vents, return air grilles, thermostats, VAV boxes and sprinklers are located. Also included is the original floor plan, the reflected ceiling plan and a short section of the plenum space which showcases the sprinkler system and the ventilation.

Taking the Fullone Collaborative Group's floor plan, we demolished walls and gave it a new look by exploring Reflected Ceiling Plans, Power and Communication Plans, Partition Plans, Furniture Plans, and Wall & Floor Finishes Plans. This collaborative project allowed my teammate and I to brainstorm and create the plans together efficiently and creatively.

This individual detailing project was done to explore all elevations of a house from the roof, to the stairs, to the footings and exterior. This helped break down how a wall is constructed and was a great pathway and reference for the model I created.
