Taking a section of TRACT Advertising's floor plan, I designed an HVAC plan to schedule where the supply air vents, return air grilles, ​thermostats, VAV boxes and sprinklers are located. Also included is the original floor plan, the reflected ceiling plan and a short section of the plenum space which showcases the sprinkler system and the ventilation.

Taking the Fullone Collaborative Group's floor plan, we demolished walls and gave it a new look by exploring Reflected Ceiling Plans, Power and Communication Plans, Partition Plans, Furniture Plans, and Wall & Floor Finishes Plans. This collaborative project allowed my teammate and I to brainstorm and create the plans together efficiently and creatively.

This individual detailing project was done to explore all elevations of a house from the roof, to the stairs, to the footings and exterior. This helped break down how a wall is constructed and was a great pathway and reference for the model I created.
